Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership & Management
o Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.).
o Design, implement, and monitor standardized procedures to maximize efficiency.
o Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks.
* Strategic Planning & Execution
o Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans.
o Track and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
o Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organization structure for sustainable growth.
* Financial & Resource Stewardship
o Collaborate with the CFO to manage operating budgets and improve cost efficiency.
o Allocate personnel, technology, and capital to support strategic projects.
* Talent & Culture Development
o Mentor senior leaders and foster a culture of accountability and professional development.
o Champion the company’s core values to drive performance and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience & Executive Skills
o Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
o Proven track record in scaling operations and managing cross‑departmental functions.
o Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
o Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.
* Education & Certification
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
o Relevant certifications (Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
