Work in Portugal - Customer Care/German Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German‑Speaking
We are looking for German‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
* Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
* Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
* Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
* Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
* Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
* Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
Salary Package (With & Without Accommodation)
* Salary: Up to 1,300 € + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
* Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: 280€/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip).
Working Conditions
* 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
* 22 vacation days per year
* If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
