As an SAP Datasphere & SAC Specialist at RHI Magnesita, you will be part of a global team of data engineers and data experts reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics Delivery. Your focus lies in the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytics solutions with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud, collaborating with internal business partners and external support partners.
Your tasks
* Collaborating with internal clients and understanding business needs.
* Designing & implementing analytics solutions.
* Enabling data integration & self‑service reporting.
* Defining standards & fostering knowledge sharing.
* Maintaining & monitoring implemented solutions.
Your profile
* Technical expertise & experience
o Strong experience in SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud), with a solid understanding of data modeling, integration, and reporting.
o Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured and detail‑oriented approach to data challenges.
o Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions and analytics models.
* Collaboration & communication
o Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
o Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
* Proactive & ownership‑driven mindset
o Self‑motivated, eager to take ownership of projects, and committed to continuous learning.
o Strong focus on quality, performance, and ensuring best practices in data and analytics.
Languages: English – fluent.
Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks & Power BI; SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics or SAC Planning.

The annual gross salary for this full‑time position starts at €60,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
