As part of our experienced Backend Development team, you’ll closely collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
When joining Tietoevry Create as a Senior Backend Developer, you
* Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs
* Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
* Work together with frontend developers, software architects, project managers and customer stakeholders
* Ensure performance, security and scalability of backend system
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
* Actively contribute in agile ceremonies and customer workshops
Who we are looking for
* 4+ years of experience as a Backend developer
* Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Java and/or C#)
* Experience with RESTful APIs, microservice architectures and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
* Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React) is nice to have
* A customer‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
* A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
* Very good German and English skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full‑time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
