The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to further develop your career with a growing company in the Early Childhood industry. As the Operations/Area Manager, you must have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials, and ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly, you will mentor centre managers and their teams to support and provide high-quality care for children. You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package, including a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, and will have opportunities for professional development and promotion as the organization grows.
Who You Will Be
You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with experience in multi-site management or a minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, and a good understanding of the Qikkids program. Proven experience in managing budgets, rosters, and policies is essential.
Suitable Applicants Must Have:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children’s Services
* Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification
* Working With Vulnerable People Clearance
* Right to work in Australia
* Strong computer skills including QikKids, CCMS, ISS
