Are you someone who takes initiative, assumes responsibility, and drives results? We are seeking an Application Analyst (f/m/d) with a strong business background — ideally in a production environment — who brings a solid understanding of operational processes. This role is not focused on technical expertise; the priority is deep business knowledge and the ability to act as a functional partner. You will serve as the key interface between production, various business units, and IT, ensuring that operational requirements are translated into effective system solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Act as the key interface between production departments, other business units, and the ERP implementation partner
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they reflect real operational needs
* Translate business processes into clear functional specifications
* Support system configuration activities together with the implementation partner
* Ensure smooth operations and provide hands‑on support for sites already live
* Conduct trainings, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions with key users
* Drive continuous process improvement after go‑live
* Prepare user guides and standard work procedures
Your Profile:
* 3–5 years of experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment
* Strong process understanding across operational areas (production, supply chain, logistics, etc.)
* Experience as a key user or functional consultant in an ERP system (D365 F&O is a plus, not a must)
* Ability to connect with business stakeholders and act as their trusted partner
* Comfortable working across departments and bridging business needs with system capabilities
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)
* Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation & Application:
