About the Role
Located in Lenzing, the Corporate Controlling team is seeking a Business Analyst Controlling Processes & Information (m/f/d).
Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and improve controlling processes within the Lenzing Group.
* Contribute to the group-wide S4/HANA implementation in controlling.
* Ensure efficient, high-quality executive reporting using advanced IT tools and systems.
* Perform inter-segment controlling, management accounting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
* Manage corporate functions controlling.
* Define, document, and implement group standards related to management accounting.
Candidate Requirements:
* University degree (MSc.) in Economics, Business Informatics, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in controlling processes.
* Expertise in financial reporting, financial models, and in-depth financial analysis at legal entity and group levels.
* Advanced SAP ERP skills (SAP CO / FI), cross-module experience, and familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools (DWH, TM1/PA, PowerBI).
* Excellent communication skills, structured problem-solving approach, intercultural awareness, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in German and English (ALTE level C).
* Knowledge of fiber industry key market drivers and Lenzing’s value drivers.
