Staff / Principal Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

This role offers the chance to lead the design and development of cutting‑edge high‑speed analog and mixed‑signal circuits. Responsibilities
Take ownership of analog/mixed‑signal and full‑custom digital blocks and subsystems.
Design and implement circuits, including schematics, testbenches, and simulation.
Collaborate with system architects to derive block‑level specifications.
Work with verification teams to create and validate models.
Lead or mentor small design teams and provide technical guidance.
Organize and contribute to design reviews.
Collaborate across functions to ensure successful, on‑time product delivery.
Qualifications
B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, IT, or related discipline with a focus on hardware design.
Minimum 10 years of experience, including relevant internships.
Extensive experience in high‑speed SerDes design or related analog/mixed‑signal circuits (PLLs, Rx/Tx front‑ends, high‑speed digital full‑custom logic).
Strong background in mixed‑signal design with digital control loops.
Experience with advanced process nodes (e.g., FDSOI, FinFET) is advantageous.
Proficiency with Cadence full‑custom design flows and EDA tools (Virtuoso Schematic/Layout, ADE).
Scripting experience in Python or TCL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
