In this role, you’ll own the strategic development of existing key accounts while actively driving new business. You’ll combine long‑term relationship management (Farmer) with proactive business development (Hunter), acting as a trusted partner rather than a product seller. A significant part of your time will be spent in strategic, in‑person customer meetings focused on understanding real customer challenges and turning them into customized technical solutions.
What you’ll do
* Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships through a long‑term, partnership‑driven approach
* Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities within your territory
* Manage the full sales cycle—from lead to contract—using Salesforce
* Develop and execute customer‑specific account strategies to increase share of wallet
* Achieve revenue and margin targets within your portfolio
* Lead pricing, contract discussions, and negotiations with internal stakeholders
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
* Share market and customer insights to support forecasting and continuous improvement
What you bring
* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
* At least 3 years of experience in Key Account or Territory
* Sales proven successes in solution‑oriented sales and relationship management
* Strong strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, results‑driven attitude
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* High level of initiative, accountability, and customer focus
* Very good German and English skills (company language)
