We are looking for established leaders in the Salzburg and Western Austria ecosystem who possess:
* Proven Expertise: A track record in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity.
* Leadership Background: Former CEOs, MDs, or Partners from top-tier consulting or industrial firms with broad sectoral expertise. (Comprehensive M&A training provided).
* Strategic Network: A robust network within the Austrian "Mittelstand" and the regional business community.
* Mandate Origination: The ability to identify market gaps, synergy opportunities, and potential "Exit" candidates.
* Global Mindset: An entrepreneurial approach to managing complex cross-border mandates with English proficiency.
