Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/d) (Full-time) Your responsibilities
Monitoring supplier performance, including the analysis of quality and performance-related KPIs, the preparation of reports, and the implementation of effective corrective and improvement measures
Managing group-wide supplier evaluation and risk analysis to systematically assess supplier performance and risks
Planning, conducting and following up on supplier audits to ensure quality, compliance and process standards
Participation in the supplier selection and approval process, as well as support for sustainability management throughout the supply chain
Further development and optimisation of supplier-related processes, as well as structured support for the onboarding of new suppliers throughout the entire supplier lifecycle
Further development, harmonisation and global rollout of quality, performance and compliance standards within the framework of the Supplier Management Cycle
How to convince us
At least 5 years’ experience in purchasingor supplier quality management, preferably in an industrial setting
Training as a process auditor
In-depth knowledge of relevant quality methods and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, core tools such as the 8D method, Ishikawa diagram, etc.)
An analytical and structured approach to work combined with a strong willingness to learn, team orientation, strong implementation skills and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication skills, confidence in presenting and a persuasive manner at all levels of the organisation; enjoyment of data analysis and evaluation
Very good command of German and English, as well as a willingness to undertake approximately 20% international travel
