Hecho en Mexico is seeking a skilled Operations and Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team in Victoria. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our business.
What you’ll be doing
* Oversee daily operations and production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
* Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure our products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine operational procedures and policies.
* Provide training and guidance to staff to uphold quality standards and promote a culture of excellence.
* Analyze data and generate detailed reports to inform management decision‑making.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar operations or quality assurance role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry.
* Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices.
* Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to identify and address operational challenges.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in data analysis and report writing to drive informed decision‑making.
* Adaptable and resourceful with a keen eye for detail.
