Aufgaben: * Define and lead data strategy initiatives, aligning data collection and preparation with organizational goals. * Drive the development, validation and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models. * Provide strategic guidance by translating complex data insights into impactful business recommendations. * Oversee the integration of predictive models into scalable data products and operational processes. * Ensure alignment of data science methodologies with organizational governance, quality and ethical standards. * Automate, maintain, operate and continuously improve data pipelines. Qualifikationen: * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science or Data Enginnering. * Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present actionable insights. * Strong analytical skills. * Methodical, structured and proactive way of working. * Team player qualities and strong communication skills. * Very good German and English skills.
