* Independently supporting and taking ownership of controlling processes, starting with structured requirements gathering and transitioning into ERP and BI systems.
* Actively contributing to the development and expansion of controlling processes and requirements within our new ERP system (ongoing implementation project).
* Further developing controlling concepts and translating them into ERP and BI systems.
* Acting as a contact person for subsidiaries and cross-functional departments regarding controlling-related inquiries.
What makes you great
* Completed university degree in economics or a related field, ideally with a focus on controlling.
* Several years of professional experience in controlling or a closely related area.
* Proficiency in handling analysis tools and managing large datasets.
* Strong skills in MS Office; ERP power-user (SAP FICO / D365 FO or similar); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Process-oriented mindset, conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills.
* Enjoyment of teamwork, proactive and independent working style, and a hands-on mentality.
* Fluent German and English skills.
