Filtration Sales Specialist
As Filtration Sales Specialist, you support Account Managers with expert product knowledge, training and support, while generating sales from new and existing customers. You evaluate customer processes to identify solutions and provide the necessary tools, information and support to secure additional sales and uncover new opportunities.
What you will do:
* Focus on Filtration Consumables opportunities and related single-use designs in the region, supporting all Filtration Consumables products and process-related single-use technologies by providing expertise and independently identifying opportunities.
* Develop sales of modality solutions in the assigned sales region/territory, establishing long-lasting technical customer relationships.
* Provide high-level technical expertise during pre‑sales discussions, instrument demonstrations, customer training, post‑sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes and promotional events.
* Lead technical and process discussions with customer subject‑matter experts, giving application support including troubleshooting and answering sophisticated technical queries.
* Develop sales opportunities to create a funnel that meets business targets; manage leads and prospects using customer relationship management software.
Who you are:
* Experience in technical sales, R&D or production in biopharmaceutical or similar markets.
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a relevant field.
* Self‑motivated and used to working independently.
* Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Willingness to travel >50%, including overnight, within the territory by car and/or plane.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Slavic language.
* Practical experience in Filtration Technologies and/or Biotech processes.
* Familiar with CRM systems, e.g., SalesForce.com.
This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement from your home within Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. Additional information about the remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
Estimated salary is around €75,000, depending on qualification and experience. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
