Job Description:
Your tasks:
* Management and responsible organisation of the flexible childcare "SpielRäume" and the holiday childcare programmes (recruiting and training of childcare staff, staff deployment planning, team coordination and development)
* Contact point for parents and university bodies in matters relating to childcare at the university
* Participation in strategic development planning and the implementation of projects for the expansion of university childcare or projects that affect it
* Public relations
Your profile:
* Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
* Completed relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally training as a pedagogical specialist (e.g. Diploma examination for elementary education, diploma examination for kindergartens)
* Organisational talent, ability to set up, coordinate and lead professional childcare teams
* Relevant expertise in childcare issues
* Ability to work independently in a goal- and result-orientated manner
* Good IT skills (word processing, databases, internet)
* Good knowledge of German and English
* Ideally relevant previous professional experience
* Communication and counselling skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
