Your New Team
You’ll be joining a tight-knit QLD sales team along with the wider business. Your leader has a wealth of experience behind them and will support, shadow and set you up for success.
This isn’t a command-and-control sales team — it's about results, relationships, and making it happen without micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage your own freight client portfolio (supported through onboarding to get up and running)
* Hit the road and generate new business through relationship-driven selling
* Work directly with warehouses, transport partners, and supply chain contacts
* Use internal tech and ops support to deliver fast, reliable service
* Keep customers close and identify growth opportunities
* Operate with autonomy while being part of a collaborative, performance-driven team

* You’re new to transport or sales — this needs some prior runs on the board or experience in sales or account management
* You need someone watching over your shoulder to keep you moving
* You’re all pitch and no follow-through — this is a long game, not a smash-and-grab

* 1 year minimum - in freight, logistics, or supply chain sales or account management or at least strong customer service in transport
* Strong customer relationships and industry network
* Self-starter mindsetwith proven record of results in past businesses
* Someone who’s got thegrit of a hunterbut the heart of a builder
* Comfortable working on the road and managing your own patch
* Someone with no fear and honesty - who wants to challenge themselves.
