Your tasks
1. Track and update our records of processing activities and related assets at Greentube Group companies.
2. Liaise with the Privacy Team and other stakeholders (e.g., Privacy Coordinators) to stay informed of the latest developments within the company regarding new processing activities, and map these independently.
3. Run PIAs, DPIAs, Legitimate Interest Assessments, and other assessments as necessary.
4. Respond to privacy queries from various internal and external channels (e.g., authorities, third-party institutions, B2B partners).
5. Maintain ongoing monitoring of court decisions, penalties, and data breaches.
6. Support the implementation of staff awareness and training programs on data privacy and best practices within Greentube Group.
Your profile
1. Educational background in law, IT, business, or a similar field.
2. Experience in project management, implementing processes and procedures, and/or audit experience is advantageous.
3. Good knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, especially GDPR.
4. Knowledge of privacy management systems; familiarity with OneTrust Privacy Management Software is a plus.
5. Strong interest in privacy and data protection, with attentiveness to changes in the privacy landscape.
6. Understanding of applications, systems, and the importance of IT security related to data protection.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear and professional emails.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Structured, well-organized, and accurate work approach.
11. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
12. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
