Development Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d)

Your new adventure
1. Establishment of an ASPICE-compliant quality assurance process, including guidelines and templates
2. Planning and implementation of the quality strategy throughout the entire product development process
3. Conducting internal process and work product audits in accordance with ASPICE
4. Identifying deviations, defining corrective measures, and continuously improving processes
5. Supporting development teams in implementing ASPICE processes
6. Optional: Evaluating cybersecurity work products in accordance with ISO
7. Creating audit reports and status reports
Your skills and experiences
8. Completed technical degree (bachelor's/master's)
9. Several years of experience in R&D, new product development, or quality assurance for R&D processes
10. In-depth knowledge of ASPICE, process management, and quality methods
11. Experience with relevant standards (ISO, ISO ) and tools such as Codebeamer, PTC RV&S, DOORS, Polarion
12. Communication and moderation skills in German and English
13. Structured approach to work, problem-solving skills, and high quality awareness
We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in anwith many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60,.30 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
