Job Description
As a comprehensive construction site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction and commissioning phase of our photovoltaic projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all construction milestones are met, testing and commissioning activities are conducted, and compliance with HSEQ requirements and standards is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear and concise reports to the project manager on construction progress.
* Monitor and certify the achievement of construction milestones.
* Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and standards.
* Support the project manager in evaluating design or technical changes to the project.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering.
* Proficiency in English and Italian, with knowledge of German an advantage.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in the solar industry.
* Knowledge of multidisciplinary activities in civil engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HSEQ, Environmental.
* Knowledge of national and international technical standards for the construction sector and for photovoltaic systems.
