Responsibilities
Design and implementation of measures to optimise manufacturing
Definition and budgeting of planned production investments
Establishment and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimisations
Introduction of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system
Identification of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity
Management of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation
Close collaboration with all departments along the production chain
Conducting and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team
Shaping the mobility of the future
Qualifications
Completed technical education (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) with a focus on electrical engineering
Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of production processes
Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organised personality
Independent, self‑reliant, and solution‑oriented approach to work
Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%)

The minimum salary is €4,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
