Supporting a leading Australian manufacturer supplying retail, trade and concrete customers nationally we’re seeking a Customer Service & Trade Manager to lead two connected business functions:
* Order fulfilment and logistics performance at the national level
* Growth and capability uplift of multiple trade outlets in greater Brisbane
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead a high-performing customer service team, maintain DIFOT, and build existing branches in outlets into engaging, high‑loyalty trade centres.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the Customer Service & Order Fulfilment team
* Driving same and next‑day delivery performance
* Managing transport partners and logistics processes
* Championing ERP usage, stock replenishment and process improvement
* Developing Trade engagement, through improved merchandising and loyalty strategies
* Recruiting, training and inspiring team members
* Contributing to Sales Leadership initiatives
About you:
* Leadership background in trade retail, wholesale, FMCG, or branch operations
* Strong logistics and operational capabilityCustomer‑centric leader with retail flair
* Comfortable being hands‑on and in the detail
* Confident driving change and performance in established teams
