Junior Project Engineer (f/m/x)

As Project Engineer, you'll lead and support the design and implementation of engineering projects that matter - from sustainability to safety and innovation. What are we looking for?
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related technical or scientific field
* Prior experience in project engineering or related internships is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
* A strong team player with the drive to make things happen
* Solid project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication, listening, and influencing abilities
* You speak fluent German and feel confident communicating in English too
* Most importantly: You're eager to learn, grow, and make a difference
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Manage engineering projects that deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions
* Take ownership of your role - from execution to cross-functional collaboration and personal growth
* Encourage and empower team members to take initiative and deliver results
* Lead and coordinate external contractors on-site
* Actively engage with internal partners from different departments and functions
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with financial targets
* Apply and help evolve our global engineering standards locally
