Requirements Engineer with German
Join VM.PL and support a long-term client from the IT/finance sector operating on the DACH market.
We’re currently looking for a Requirements Engineer to join a remote project with one of our long-term Austrian clients – a provider of modern IT solutions for financial institutions.
Your responsibilities:
* Analyze and model business processes and define project requirements,
* Collaborate with the client’s and internal teams to plan and manage IT projects,
* Work in agile environments (SCRUM),
* Create and maintain detailed requirement specifications,
* Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios,
* Identify and assess risks related to requirements and processes,
* Ensure solution quality and support implementation activities.
You’re a great match if you:
* Have a degree in business or technology and experience as an analyst in IT projects,
* Are fluent in both German and English (min. B2/C1),
* Communicate clearly, work analytically, and enjoy teamwork,
* Are quality-oriented and proactive in solving challenges,
* Nice to have: knowledge of finance, banking, leasing, or payments domains.
Contract type: B2B or employment contract
Location: 100% remote
Salary: 130-150 PLN net / H (B2B contract) or 14,000 - 17,000 PLN employment contract
Work arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, or Wrocław office
Recruitment process:
1. HR Interview: A short conversation with our HR team to get to know each other and discuss potential collaboration. We will also assess your language skills.
2. Meeting with the Team or Project Lead and Technical Verification: Meet the team responsible for the project, verify your experience and technical knowledge, and learn more about the project. Promising profiles are shared with the client.
3. Client Interview: Direct online conversation with the client and VM.PL representative to gain insights and receive feedback.
4. Decision and Contract: Welcome aboard VM.PL! This marks the beginning of our shared journey.
