Responsibilities
* Manage and provide after-sales technical support to dealers, including fault diagnosis and technical solutions.
* Follow up and resolve technical issues with customer vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage and organize regular after-sales technical training to improve dealers' technical service capabilities.
* Develop and optimize technical service processes to enhance service efficiency.
* Collect and analyze vehicle fault data, report quality issues to headquarters, and propose improvement measures.
* Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher; Automotive Engineering or related field preferred.
* 4+ years of automotive after-sales technical support experience preferred.
* Familiarity with comprehensive diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures.
* Proficiency in diagnostic systems and ability to guide debugging (technical communication) preferred.
* Willingness to travel frequently preferred.
* Flexibility to accommodate time zones for HQ communication (e.g., with China-based teams) preferred.
