We are looking for you, located in Vienna with the possibility of hybrid working as a
Product Owner (m/f/d) U Composer
Your tasks are:
1. Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content
2. Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
3. Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
4. Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
5. Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
6. Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
7. Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
8. Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
9. Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
You’ll bring in:
10. University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics)
11. 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support
12. Market knowledge in healthcare IT
13. Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
14. Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
15. Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
16. Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
17. Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
18. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English
19. Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
20. Self-management skills and self-starter attitude

The minimum salary for this position is 54.000 € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
