You take ownership of planning and managing software release cycles, ensuring smooth deployment of new features, updates and patches in alignment with business objectives and customer needs
You collaborate across teams, acting as the bridge between software design, development, commissioning and quality assurance, as well as customer team to align release activities
You deliver transparency, by communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on release schedules, status and outcomes
Furthermore, you ensure quality and compliance, by focusing on the stability and performance of all software releases with internal and external standards
Finally, you proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring minimal disruptions to production systems
You have a degree (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) in IT or other technical fields
You have experience in release management, software development, IT project management or software quality assurance
You have knowledge of version control systems, issue tracking tools and release automation tools (beneficial)
You are experienced in leading cross-functional teams (beneficial)
You have excellent communication and language skills – English is mandatory, German would be beneficial
Your strength is analytical mindset and ability to understand complex relations and explain on point to non-technical audience.

This position is remunerated with at least € 3,809.29 gross (KV for employees in the metal industry, VWG IV/ n4J., All In). Our employees impress with their personality, talent and commitment. Therefore, we determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the above salary is possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
