Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the key interface between Product Management and technical teams to collect, define, and document product requirements.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams – software, hardware, firmware, and mechanical – through the full product lifecycle.
* Create and maintain clear system- and product-level documentation.
* Contribute to system and product architecture evolution.
* Support and optimize new development tools and processes.
* Ensure smooth alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives, and product vision.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
* Deep technical background in software, electronics, or mechatronics.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
* A track record of managing technical or product development projects.
* Strong capability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Clear communicator and coordinator across technical and non‑technical teams.
* Fluent English skills (German a plus).
Nice to Have
* Advanced knowledge of electronics and PCB design.
* Understanding of software development principles.
* Experience in manufacturing and production environments.
* Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
* Background in consumer electronics, embedded systems, or wearables.

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly.
