What's it all about?
* Provide application-based knowledge to support our customers.
* Prepare and execute presentations for events, trainings, workshops, webinars, etc.
* Conduct onsite and online training sessions and technical demonstrations.
* Proactively participate in exhibitions, conferences and user meetings.
* Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, working closely with the international marketing and sales team and supporting technical inquiries.
* Act as a knowledge provider and interface within the organization.
* Provide customer feedback within the organization.
* Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of products and services.
* Use reporting and strategic development tools such as MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, and cloud and AI tools.
What are we looking for?
* Degree in electrical engineering (technical college, university of applied sciences, technical university, or equivalent).
* Experience in protection systems, including basics of IEC 61850, is a plus.
* Fluency in German and good English skills.
* Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
* Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures.
* Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within Central Europe.
* Passion for new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement.
