As part of our continued expansion in the Austrian market, we are looking for ambitious Business Development Specialists to join our team in Innsbruck and the surrounding region.
Position Overview
As a Business Development Specialist (BDS), you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key clients in the aesthetics and medical wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and manage a portfolio of clients through active account management
Promote and sell aesthetic devices and consumables
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and on-site or online demonstrations
Support clients' business growth (treatment menu optimisation, events, commercial strategies)
Train and educate clients on product usage, protocols, and profitability strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Collaborate with internal teams for installations, onboarding, and training
Ensure timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, medical devices, or wellness
Proven experience working with medical clinics, aesthetic centers, dermatologists, dentists, or med-spas
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Force Manager, Mapsly or similar)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel within the region (valid driver's license required)
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
An existing industry network is considered a strong advantage
