Your Responsibilities

Our clients aim for industry leadership or increased market share through digital innovation. As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, your role is to build strong client relationships, convert leads into projects, and foster long-term loyalty to Ascent.

* Center client needs and tailor Ascent’s services accordingly.
* Collaborate with experts to propose solutions for client challenges.
* Identify and manage lead generation channels and initiatives.
* Generate and qualify leads via events and networking.
* Represent Ascent at client meetings, delivering presentations and workshops.
* Lead deal teams during bidding processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
* Handle contracts and pricing negotiations.
* Negotiate and close contracts effectively.
* Act as a strategic account manager and internal client advocate.
* Minimum gross salary: €3,800/month (14 payments/year), based on 38.5h/week, with competitive adjustments based on experience.


Your Profile

* Passion for digital industry, especially software and product development, with a business perspective on tech trends.
* Open, communicative personality capable of engaging decision-makers.
* Ability to craft innovative account strategies delivering real value.
* Proficiency in delivering professional presentations.
* Confidence in managing challenging client discussions.
* Motivated by winning exciting client projects.
* Strong German and English skills.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams.


Nice to Have

* Experience in project management or consulting.
* Knowledge of public sector tenders.
* Interest or experience in Data Science/AI projects.
