 
        
        From July 2026, we are looking for an early childhood educator to join our team at our brand new, bilingual early childhood education and care facility of the software company Dynatrace in Linz.
The position offers 20 to 40 hours per week and is permanent.
We are looking forward to welcoming an early childhood educator who is enthusiastic about further developing our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) concept and working with us to create a place where children feel safe and can develop their potential.
Your tasks:
 * Design, ongoing development & implementation of an innovative educational concept for children aged 0.5 to 6 years who playfully explore STEAM topics (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics)
 * Professional documentation of educational work (e.g. planning, reflection, observation, research portfolio)
 * Individual and holistic support for the children in exciting projects
 * Appreciative cooperation with parents, Dynatrace team & Familienbund colleagues
Your profile:
 * Passionate elementary educator with team spirit and pedagogical sensitivity
 * Communicative personality who likes to contribute their own ideas and appreciates an international environment
 * Enjoyment of researching together with children (ideally STEAM know-how)
 * Excellent English skills and very good knowledge of German (English is the corporate language at Dynatrace)
 * Montessori training is an advantage

 * More time for every child – thanks to an excellent childcare ratio. Two pedagogical specialists and one assistant look after a maximum of 20 children in the kindergarten and 10 children in the nursery – for loving, individual support.

 * Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3,321.60 gross per month for 40 hours per week, depending on professional experience and crediting of previous periods of service. According to legal regulations, you are also entitled to 10 additional vacation days per year for a 5-day week.
