Tasks
* Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects
* Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management
* Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting
* Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings
* Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant
Skills
* Several years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or regulated environment
* Experience in investment, transformation, and optimization projects
* Solid knowledge of modern project management methods
* Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
* Strong knowledge of Lean Management methods, e.g., Kaizen and 5S
* Strong communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels
* High ability to work in a team and manage conflicts, along with a professional approach to resistance
* Confident demeanor, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations
* Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
* Passion for progress, transparency, and continuous improvement
