Manager Global Spare Parts Sales Management (f/m/d) We are looking for a handson and transformationdriven leader who will unify our global Spare Parts Sales operations, introduce standardized governance, and accelerate digital and AIsupported improvements across the organization. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead and develop the global spare parts insidesales organization through functional (dotted-line) leadership, building a unified and customercentric sales support structure across all regions * Drive global process harmonization by implementing the global operating model (starting with EMEA & NAM) and establishing standardized KPIs, service levels, and governance * Accelerate digitalization and automation initiatives, leveraging AI, eCommerce, and ticketing systems to improve speed, quality, and transparency * Guide regional teams through change initiatives, ensuring strong communication, training, and knowledge management across all markets * Coordinate crossfunctional collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, and Operations to ensure seamless global execution YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field * Several years of leadership experience in Parts Sales Management, ideally in an international setup * Handson mentality and active operational involvement to support the regional organizations * Strong knowledge of SAP salesrelated processes Experience with AI and automationsupported operational environments, combined with strong communication and leadership skills in multicultural teams * Fluent in Englisch, German language skills are a plus; willingness to travel (15%) WHAT WE OFFER * Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidy * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment.
