Overview
For our Quality Management department we are looking for an experienced professional who would take over the role of a Project Manager, responsible for Palfinger projects in the area of Process and Quality Management with focus on digitalization and standardization of Palfinger business processes and data landscape and on the implementation of the QUALITY LEADER program and quality projects.
Responsibilities
* Take on the role of Project Manager in global, cross-functional quality projects – from implementation and rollout to strategic initiatives while demonstrating professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as external partners.
* Independent management of projects within the PMO Quality Management portfolio, such as developing a traceability concept; rolling out SAP inspection planning at the plant level; taking over projects within our Product Integrity workstream – part of the sustainability program.
* Contribute to the introduction of new quality management methods and tools, including administration and training.
* Further development of e-learning content as part of the QUALITY LEADER initiative.
* Optimization and advancement of project management standards, methods, and tools within the PALFINGER organization.
Qualifications
* Several years (1-3) of professional experience in project management, ideally in an international corporate environment. Project management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
* Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
* Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods, ideally with experience in quality management, lean management and document management systems.
* Strong communication skills, initiative, team spirit, and a high level of commitment and flexibility. Readiness to travel up to 30%.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Salary
Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59,766.98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
