Financial Support Analyst (m/f/d)
Temporary Position (4-5 Months)
Start Date: July 1, 2025
Weekly Hours: 19 Hours
Your Responsibilities:
* Support the Finance Business Partner in various tasks and collaborate closely with the BioLife Finance Team
* Take responsibility for handling and managing different financial areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis and Financial Controlling
* Apply fundamental budgeting principles under guidance and ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Conduct financial analyses using standardized methods, prepare accurate financial reports, and present findings to relevant stakeholders
* Assist in financial planning processes by utilizing basic planning skills
* Process financial data and identify trends through data analysis
* Make decisions based on established guidelines and protocols
* Build and maintain internal relationships to support financial processes
* Experience in the FP&A process, as this role should primarily focus on supporting me and the team in coordinating our next MYC planning cycle, better integrating the use of a new BioLife finance planning tool into our planning approach, and creating a more standardized approach compared to the current state.
* Support in further harmonizing our MEC (month-end close) activities and files.
