YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality Management
2. Define, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
3. Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
4. Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organization
5. Actively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Completed a technical degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in engineering or a related field
7. Analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to transform complex topics into practical and sustainable solutions
8. Hands-on technical expertise in fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics, and electrical systems
9. Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (8D, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis) and knowledge of process/project management
10. Results-driven and improvement-oriented, fluent in English and German, and willing to travel up to 30%

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53,.02 based on full-time employment per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
