Our client is a well-established and highly successful Austrian industrial company operating internationally. For the central location in Salzburg, we are currently seeking a motivated and committed individual (m/f/d) as a Junior Manager in Product Development Wood-Based Materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying new trends and translating them into innovative product solutions, from concept to market launch
* Market analysis and benchmarking
* Ongoing communication with customers and suppliers
* Presenting product innovations to key accounts
* Supporting product portfolio management and assortment maintenance
Requirements
Your Profile:
* Completed technical education with a focus on wood technology (technical college, HTL, university of applied sciences)
* Professional experience and knowledge of the wood-based materials industry
* Creativity, strong interest in wood and design
* Ability to think in a structured and interconnected manner
* Independent working style, organizational skills, and cost awareness
* Solid MS Office skills; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp) is an advantage
* Fluent German skills
