1. Shape, plan, and implementthe strategic direction of the division.
2. Drive global P&L performance across sales and manufacturing.
3. Translate customer needs into actionable strategies that strengthen our value proposition.

Youhaveabackgroundingeneral management from globalenvironmentswhereyou’vebeenaccountableforprofit andloss.You’reconfidentnavigatingB2Bsalesand businessdevelopmentacrossdifferent markets, andyouknowhowtoconvertcustomerinsightsintoclearprioritiesandexecutionplans.
7. Experience leading complex, international organizations.
8. Strong record of delivering business results and strategic execution.
9. High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a global setting.
10. Advanced verbal and written English skills;familiaritywithGerman isadvantageous.
11. A background in mining or construction is an advantage.
