We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service organization based in Athens. In this role, you will support customers across multiple communication channels while delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, and digital channels
o Provide assistance related to product usage and basic troubleshooting
o Handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related matters
o Deliver effective after-sales support with a customer-focused approach
o Accurately record customer interactions in internal CRM systems
o Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
o Identify complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution
Candidate Profile
o Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
o Good command of English (B2 or higher)
o Strong communication and problem-solving skills
o High level of customer orientation and attention to detail
o Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
o Basic computer literacy and confidence using CRM tools
