* As a member of our software organization, you will lead the security guild consisting of various product team members
* You will provide the vision to enable secure solution design and establish the secure development lifecycle of Bachmann
* As security lead, you will mentor and support the development teams and work together with different stakeholders and business leaders
* You will conduct code reviews and maintain our secure coding guidelines
* Track, manage, and communicate security vulnerabilities together with the security guild and product teams
Your profile
* Experience in creating secure software products
* Proficient understanding of threat modelling and secure design principles
* Have a completed technical qualification (HTL, FH/Uni)
* Ideally knowledge about security standards like IEC-62443 or similar
