What to expect?
To support our growth, we are looking for a Healthcare Project & Program Manager based in Graz or Vienna in who can deliver comprehensive project management services to Healthcare Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences clients, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key responsibilities:
* Project & Program Management: Lead mid‑ to large‑scale IT projects and programs, applying both traditional and Agile methodologies (including Scrum) to ensure successful delivery.
* Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using structured techniques such as interviews, work sessions, and facilitated design workshops.
* Team Leadership: Manage and motivate cross‑functional teams of 5–10 resources, including internal staff, clients, and third‑party partners.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with mid‑ and senior‑level stakeholders, leveraging effective communication and influencing skills to drive alignment and consensus.
* Sales Support: Support sales activities by contributing to opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and proposal development.
* People Leadership & Mentoring: Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to less experienced team members.
* Communication & Presentations: Deliver high‑impact presentations and lead client workshops; develop proposal content, methodologies, and formal written deliverables within areas of expertise.
What do we expect?
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in medical, healthcare, business, computer science, technical mathematics, or related field (preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* 6+ years of consulting experience in business analysis, design, and redesign
* 1–2 years of additional relevant experience in business or industry specialty areas (healthcare or life sciences preferred)
* 2+ years of project and program management experience
* Experience with project planning and execution methodologies
Other Qualifications
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
* Confident professional presence with the ability to address complex business challenges
* Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PMI/PMA, Scrum, SAFe) preferred
* Willingness to travel
