We're looking for a Data Analyst who helps us spot trends early, challenge assumptions, and make better decisions across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources to support business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
* Perform statistical analysis and interpret trends to optimize processes and improve performance
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulations
* Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and contribute to predictive modeling projects
Requirements
Here´s what we´re looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
* Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
* Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and actionable way
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
