They developed a B2B marketplace for used busses, with a mission to digitize the buying and selling of these vehicles by providing easy and quick access to online auctions. FIELD SALES MANAGER
AUSTRIA
The role:
* Responsible for creating new business opportunities, focusing on field prospecting activities in Austria
* Through territorial mapping activities
,
identify potential client companies and conduct commercial visits with the aim of finalizing the acquisition adopting a sales consultancy approach
* Autonomously manage a client portfolio of transport sector companies, following specific criteria provided by the company
* Participate in online commercial meetings with the Italian team and prepare reports to monitor the progress of the developed portfolio
* Report directly to the General Manager - DACH Area

Required knowledge and skills:
* Previous experience of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in business services
* Professional proficiency in both German and English
* Solid knowledge of commercial dynamics
* Experience working with KPIs and sales targets, with a strong results-oriented mindset
* Excellent level of operational and management autonomy
* Ability to organize information collected in a CRM
