Responsibilities & Requirements
* Transport organization: Organise, control and monitor international transports.
* Relationship management: First point of contact for customers (SMEs to global players), responsible for selecting and supporting transport partners.
* Purchasing and Sales: Process tenders, calculate transport prices, and handle purchasing and sales negotiations.
* Market development: Optimize international flow of goods and strategically develop the business sector based on analysis.
* Partner service: Provide answers to questions regarding transport processes.
* Monitoring of success: Regularly monitor success using management information system.
* Business trips: Travel to business partners throughout Europe.
* Qualifications: Degree in economics, languages or similar.
* Languages: Speak Bulgarian (min. C1) and either German (min. B1) or fluent English (min. C1); willing to learn German.
* Personality: Get things done and strive to make a difference; passion sets pace.
* Training program: Tailor‑made education and training through WALTER ACADEMY, developing into a key player in the department.

The minimum salary for this position—depending on qualification and experience—is €49,300 gross per year. The salary consists of 14 monthly payments and a guaranteed bonus. Upon completion of the trainee programme a performance-based bonus is also offered.
