We also carry out regular safety inspections to ensure the long‑term safety of your buildings.
Deine Aufgaben
* Independent executions of property inspections
* Digital recording and processing of inspection reports
* Creation of photo documentation
* Review and verification of certificates and safety‑related documents
Deine Fähigkeiten
* Independent, accurate and responsible way of working
* Technical training (HTL or degree) in the fields of construction / architecture / ancillary building trades / building services or relevant professional experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of macOS and iOS is an advantage
* Good written and spoken German
Dein Gehalt
Your gross monthly salary for a full‑time position (39 hours) is at least €2,716. But that's just a formality – we'd be happy to discuss your actual salary in person!
