Strategic Pricing Manager (f/m/x)

Are you an experienced professional ready to elevate Blum’s pricing strategy, processes, and tools on a global scale? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to make strategic contributions that directly impact the success and results of our Group. Reporting directly to our Head of Global Sales, this is your opportunity to drive change and achieve excellence.
YOU WILL
* Develop and manage pricing strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for setting and calculating prices.
* Lead strategic and operational pricing projects, supporting regional and local pricing strategies.
* Design, manage, optimize, implement, and monitor Blum’s pricing processes.
* Prepare decision-making within the pricing process to ensure transparency and alignment with customer and organizational needs.
* Define and support the necessary competencies, qualifications, and IT systems for pricing-related tasks, and manage escalation processes.
WE
* Require a candidate with a solid academic foundation, ideally with a university degree in Business Administration, and reliable knowledge in price management, controlling, and business analytics.
* Value several years of professional experience in international pricing management within the B2B industrial sector.
* Seek an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually, capable of analyzing complex data and providing insights to drive business decisions.
* Emphasize the importance of regular team interaction. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong proficiency in German and English.
* Prefer a persuasive yet inclusive personality with strong teamwork skills.
