Support the Director Key Account Management by delivering data-driven insights and visualizations that enhance decision-making in logistics, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Close collaboration with Head of Sales Operations and Head of Sales Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics Cost Analysis
* Provide transparency on cost charged on a monthly base. Analyse the cost structures to support accurate customer charging.
* Evaluate logistics surcharges based on shipment type (e.g., parcel, full truck load, van) and location/country.
2. Forecast Accuracy
* Develop a methodology to assess forecast accuracy for selected key accounts.
* Identify patterns and gaps in forecast reliability to improve planning and alignment.
3. Pricing Simulations
* Model the impact of price increases based on customer's historical product portfolio.
* Support various stakeholders with tailored simulations and insights to support price negotiations
Your profile
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Interest in logistics, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Ownership of assigned topics with proactive communication and collaboration.
* Ability to create clear, impactful presentations will be a plus.
