How you will make your mark:
* Leadership and development of the marketing team on an international level
* Planning and implementation of the marketing strategy in alignment with the overall corporate strategy
* Responsibility for corporate communication and corporate design
* Online and offline marketing activities
* Development of country- or region-specific marketing plans in coordination with local sales teams
* Conception and execution of campaigns, major trade fairs, and events
* Management of the corporate website and social media channels
* Creation of marketing materials and sales collateral
* Coordination of agencies, service providers, and partners
* Close collaboration with regional partner companies
* Analysis and reporting of marketing activities and KPIs
* Management and continuous development of the CRM system
* Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all markets
* Internal coordination and further development of the company through targeted marketing initiatives
* Budget planning and management at group and country level
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
* Several years of professional experience in operational marketing
* Experience in leading and developing teams
* Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content management
* Structured, strategic, and creative approach to work
* Hands‑on mentality, strong organizational skills, and high level of initiative
* Enthusiasm for project implementation and attention to detail
* Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage
