Job Description
As Key Lead (m/w/d) you are responsible for ensuring all customers receive a high‑quality in‑store experience. You support the Store Leadership Team as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. You will drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.
Responsibilities
Opening and closing routine
Product knowledge & brand awareness
Business understanding – analyze sales metrics
Proactive thinking and attention to detail
Register/point‑of‑sale use
Asset protection
Visual displays and presentation of merchandise
Maintain system processes
Schedule management – work at least 20 hours per week with availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
CEFR B2 fluency in English & German (required)
Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertive, adaptable, stress tolerant
Multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services
No prior supervisory/management experience required
